Touchstone Engineering and Construction Services provides turn-key construction management and environmental consulting services to private sector commercial clients. Touchstone’s primary goal in construction management is to ensure a quality finished product while meeting budget and time constraints. Touchstone is licensed and registered to do business is most of the western United States. The Touchstone staff has over 15 years experience in the general contractor business and 25 years experience in environmental consulting and engineering. Our principal engineer is Marshall Dunn who is co-owner of Touchstone along with Connie Cook and Jeanne Whitehead. Touchstone is majority woman owned.
